Bhutan 10 chetrums

This is a significant coin in our collection because  it has by far has the smallest detail of any coin we paint. On one side of the coin there are the Eight Auspicious Symbols of Buddhism. The endless knot represents  the union of wisdom and method, The conk shell represents power or controll, The fish represents fearlessness and freedom, the lotus represents primordial purity, the banner represents victory, the parasol represents sacred protection, the urn represents  health, longevity, wealth, prosperity, wisdom and the phenomenon of space. The wheel represents an understanding of nature and the workings of the exsistence. 

Coin size is .8 inch in diameter.  Available in gold filled or sterling silver bezel.  All our hand painted coins are painted on both sides with enamels and protected with a polymer resin coating.
